In the trail running taster course with Andreas Tomann, you'll discover the mountain world of Warth-Schröcken in a whole new way – relaxed, close to nature, and without performance pressure. Ideal for beginners: You will learn about technique, equipment, and route selection – and experience how much fun exercising in nature can be!

On Saturday, June 20, 2026, the Berghaus Schröcken invites you to a festive solstice celebration at the community hall starting at 8:30 p.m. Look forward to cozy get-togethers by the campfire, live music, drinks, freshly baked waffles, and a beautiful view of the traditional solstice fire on Höferspitze. The proceeds will benefit the mountain rescue team in Schröcken.

From the Hochtannberg Pass, we will hike together uphill to the Widderstein Hut and further to the Hochalppass. Once at the top, a tranquil moment awaits us at the Hochalpsee – accompanied by the last rays of sunshine of the day and a very special evening atmosphere in the Alps. For the return journey, we’ll put on our headlamps and set off back to the Hochtannberg Pass in the beginning dusk. A simple yet impressive tour for all who wish to experience the magic of the mountains in the evening calm.
