The Alpmuseum "Ufm Tannberg" at Alpe Batzen preserves the traditional craftsmanship and alpine farming of past times. Open only in summer, it invites visitors on an exciting journey through rural culture – easily accessible via picturesque hiking trails from Warth or Schröcken.

Every Wednesday from 5 PM, the Hochalphütte at 2,000 meters invites you to a special taste experience. On the natural stone grill, meat, vegetables, or tofu are prepared directly at the table – accompanied by fine dips and side dishes.

A true adventure in nature for the whole family awaits in Schröcken: On specially designed mini and teen canyoning tours, children and teenagers discover the world of rock and water in an adventurous, safe, and fun way. Whether rappelling at the training wall, climbing over rocky steps, or sliding into crystal-clear pools – under professional guidance, young explorers experience their first canyoning adventure day that is guaranteed to be memorable. High above gorges and treetops, adventurers experience an unforgettable nature adventure at the Flying Fox Park Safari: Six zip-lines at heights of up to 90 meters promise thrills, fun, and spectacular views. Ideal for families, children, teenagers, and groups – but only with prior registration. Ready for the flight between sky and valley?

We start our mountain tour in Lechleiten at around 1,500 m and follow the hiking trail uphill over green fields and blooming meadows. Soon, the path becomes narrower and winds in serpentine curves through dense larch trees towards the summit. Above the tree line, a wide hollow opens up with a breathtaking panoramic view – a true postcard motif. The trail continues through impressive rocky terrain, which is partially secured with steel cables. Short climbing sections require sure-footedness, concentration, and a head for heights, but are rewarded with unique views. Upon reaching the ridge, the distinctive summit cross comes into sight and is reached within a few minutes. At the top, we enjoy the wide view and the incomparable feeling of summit happiness before descending back to Lechleiten along the same path.

Embedded between roaring waterfalls and crystal-clear rock pools, an unforgettable natural experience awaits in Schröcken: The canyoning tour "Hard Rock" is perfect for sporty beginners from 14 years old who want to experience thrills and nature up close. With ropes, neoprene, and helmets, guided by experienced instructors, you will plunge right into the alpine gorge world – for rappelling, climbing, sliding, and jumping. The Music Association Schröcken and the Children’s Costume Group invite you to atmospheric square concerts in front of the community hall – featuring traditional music, costume dances, and beverage service. Starts at 8:00 PM, in case of bad weather in the community hall. Free admission!
