Murmele adventure trail.

An experience for little explorers.

Murmele Abenteuerweg

Hello, adventurers!

I’m Murmele, the quickest marmot far and wide. Together with you, I want to explore the mountains around Warth-Schröcken. For this, I’ve come up with something very special: an adventure trail full of play, movement, and nature!

Along this lovingly designed trail, many exciting stations await you. You can balance on tree trunks, climb over small obstacles, rock on seesaws and crawl. Along the way, you’ll also learn lots about nature, the animals in the mountains, and of course, about us marmots.

Every station invites you to join in and try things out — whether you love climbing, moving around, or are just curious. And don’t worry: I’ll be with you all the way.

Are you ready for your next mountain adventure? Then let’s go — off to the marmot adventure!

  • Start point: Schröcken Nesslegg at the entrance to the old road (House Annette)
  • Distance: approx. 2 km
  • Walking time: approx. 40 minutes
  • Finish: Schröcken Heimboden (House Lisa’s)

Important Notice for All Grown-Ups.
The Adventure Trail has been created with lots of love for our little guests. The individual stations are designed to suit the needs and sizes of children — and of course, us marmots.

Therefore, we kindly ask all adults to be considerate:

  • Please accompany your children attentively through the stations.
  • Support them if they need help.
  • Feel free to take plenty of lovely memory photos.
  • But please do not stand, sit, or climb on the stations yourselves — they are not designed for adults and could be damaged.

This way, the trail remains a safe and unforgettable experience for all little adventurers.
