By car
New: The arrival via the motorway A14 is toll-free from Lindau to the Dornbirn-Nord exit. From there, continue to the roundabout and follow the signs towards Bregenzwald on the B200. The travel time from Dornbirn-Nord to us is about 1 hour.
Important winter notice: There is a winter closure between Lech and Warth. Please keep this in mind when planning your route and choose an alternative journey if necessary.
By train
The nearest train stations are Bregenz and Dornbirn. From there, you can easily reach us using public transportation:
- Lines 830/840: from Bregenz with a change in Bezau
- Line 850: from Dornbirn directly to our house
By plane

General Terms and Conditions
Bookings made are binding for us as well as for our guests. Therefore, free cancellation is not possible.
Cancellation fees
In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
up to 45 days before the planned arrival: 40 %
from 45 days before the planned arrival: 50 %
from 30 days before the planned arrival: 70 %
from 14 days before the planned arrival: 80 %
from 7 days before the planned arrival: 90 %
in case of no-show or early departure: 100 %
Deposit
For binding bookings, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the overnight costs. This is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
In case of late payment of the deposit, the landlord is entitled to cancel the booking without prior consultation with the guest.
