Wellness area
Winter: The wellness area is open daily from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The use is included in the room price. Wednesday is energy-saving day – on this day the wellness area remains closed.
Summer: Use is available upon request and for a fee and is not included in the room price.
Vacation with dog
Dogs are welcome here. The following fee applies for your four-legged friend:
Summer: 15.00 € per dog per day
Winter: 20.00 € per dog per day
Breakfast and dinner
Breakfast is included in the room rates. For bookings of studios and apartments, breakfast can be added upon request for 18.00 € per person per day.
Half board is not offered. Within walking distance, there are three to four restaurants where you can find various options for dinner.
Notes on accommodation
Our house is geared towards individual travelers, couples, and families, and is not equipped as a group accommodation. The largest unit accommodates a maximum of six persons.
We ask for your understanding that parties and comparable events are not permitted in the house.

Please report to the reception in the entrance area.
Arrival from 03:30 p.m.
Departure by 09:30 a.m.
If you can only arrive after 7:00 p.m., we ask you to inform us of this before you start your journey.
Please note the roadblock on the L198 between Warth + Lech in winter.
In winter we can only be reached from the Bregenz Forest + from the Tyrolean Lech Valley.
Not all navigation devices have this roadblock saved in winter.
General Terms and Conditions
With the exception of the following points, the general terms and conditions apply
for the Austrian hotel industry.
DEPOSIT
With the reservation confirmation you will receive the deposit details for 80% of the total amount. Only a bank transfer is possible for the deposit.
ATTENTION: In the case of a SEPA return, any costs incurred must be borne by the invoice recipient. In the case of foreign transfers from third countries (this includes Switzerland!), the fees must also be paid by the invoice recipient. We will then offset these against the final invoice on site.
